The Contract provides for the material procurement, fabrication, testing, delivery, labor, supervision, tools, apparatus, equipment, conveyances, training, mobilization, demobilization, preparation/planning, cutting, grinding, welding, Non-Destructive Examination, and submittals for the fabrication, removal and installation of the Fish Return Line, located at the Intake Structure, at the DISTRICT’S Cooper Nuclear Station.

The District will host a non-mandatory Teams meeting. Information to join the non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting can be found under the "Documents" tab.

A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at 10:00 a.m., CDT, October 3, 2023. The purpose of the meeting will be to review the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this meeting. If you plan to participate, information to join the meeting can be found on the ProcureWare website at www.nppd.com under Bids & Contracts.
