Description
The CONTRACTOR shall provide the material and services necessary to complete an Electro-Mechanical Actuator (EMA) Upgrade on Combustion Turbine Units 1 (CT1) and 2 (CT2) to the Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT), Beatrice Power Station (BPS), located just outside Beatrice, Nebraska. BPS Units CT1 and CT2 are General Electric MS 7001 EA combustion turbines. These combustion turbines were installed in 2004 and are used for electric power generation. The combustion system is DLN-1, gas only.

The District will host a non-mandatory Teams meeting. Information to join the non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting can be found under the "Documents" tab.
A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at 10:00 a.m., CDT on August 2, 2023. The purpose of the meeting will be to review the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this meeting. If you plan to participate, information to join the meeting can be found on the ProcureWare website at www.nppd.com under Bids & Contracts.
