Description

This specification establishes the requirements for all planning, material coordination, schedule preparation, labor, supervision, miscellaneous materials, tools, apparatus, equipment, conveyances, mobilization, assembly, and demobilization as necessary to provide one (1) factory prefabricated control building with all components including miscellaneous equipment for the DISTRICT’S Tower 115kV Substation located at the intersection of 39th Street and 30th Ave, Kearney, Nebraska.

A non-mandatory pre bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at 10:00 a.m., CST, December 20, 2023. The purpose of the teleconference will be to review the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating on the teleconference, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications.
