Pre-Bid Meeting Details
Information to join the non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting can be found under the "Documents" tab.
A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at 10:00 a.m., CDT, August 24, 2023, for the purpose of reviewing the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. Coinciding with this meeting will be an in-person broadcast at Gerald Gentleman Station, located five (5) miles south of Sutherland, Nebraska, at 6089 South Highway 25, 69165, for any bidder who desires a site visit to review the site and work areas. Due to the plant’s current operating condition, personnel will be allowed to view the external portions of the boiler only. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the pre-bid meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting. If you plan to participate, email Jason Wurst at jdwurst@nppd.com and Bill Ruskamp at whruska@nppd.com with the names of those representatives planning to participate in this pre-bid and the company they represent.
