This Contract requires the CONTRACTOR to provide control panels for Nebraska Public Power District’s (DISTRICT) Olive Creek 34.5kV substation. The control panels shall be complete with relays, control equipment, and auxiliaries mounted and wired thereon as shown on the specified panel construction drawings and layout drawings included with these Contract Documents.

A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., CST, for the purpose of reviewing the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the pre-bid meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting.
