This Contract shall provide for the materials, design, inspection, fabrication, protective coating, and delivery of complete Twisted Pair (TP) Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) Conductor (Conductor). This ACSR/TP Conductor is to be used for the DISTRICT’S Scottsbluff – Victory Hill and Kearney Tower – TechOne 115kV Transmission Line Projects.
