This Contract provides for the procurement of all labor, storage, inspections, modification, preventive maintenance, mobile maintenance, service maintenance and repairs, wreck repairs, switching/sorting/line striping, painting, stenciling and cleaning for all applicable railcar or railcars (Cars) the DISTRICT has in operation in accordance with these Contract Documents.

A non-mandatory pre bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. CDT. The purpose of the teleconference will be to review the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating on the teleconference, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this meeting.
