Pre-Bid Meeting Details
A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit for prospective Bidders will be held on October 30, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., CDT, at the DISTRICT’S York Operations Center, located at 907 West 25th Street, York, Nebraska, for the purpose of reviewing the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the mandatory pre-bid meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is imperative that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting. Bids will not be accepted from any Bidder not in attendance at the pre-bid meeting. If you plan to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit, please email Greg Trofholz at gatrofh@nppd.com, and Kayla Paczosa at kkpaczo@nppd.com before October 26, 2023, with the names of those attending and the company they represent.
