Description
Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure the planning, material coordination, schedule preparation, labor, supervision, materials, tools, apparatus, equipment, conveyances, mobilization, and demobilization as necessary to replace canal checks and culverts at the following sites in Nebraska:
• Wells Check near 429 Road and 761 Road at Cozad, Nebraska.
• Johnson Check near 427 Road and 762 Road at Cozad, Nebraska.
• Gothenburg Tail End near 428 Road and 766 Road at Cozad, Nebraska

Pre-Bid Meeting Details
A non-mandatory site pre bid meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at the construction site of Wells Check at 10:00 a.m. CDT, November 2, 2023. The purpose of the meeting will be to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the RFB, and to familiarize the Bidder with the job site. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the pre-bid meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting. If you plan to participate, email Kayla Paczosa at kkpaczo@nppd.com and Bill Ruskamp at whruska@ppd.com with the names of those representatives planning to participate in this pre-bid and the company they represent. Directions to the non mandatory pre-bid meeting site can be found on page 4 of the RFB document.
