Description
The CONTRACTOR shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, consumables, materials, rigging, crane, tools, apparatus, equipment, conveyances, and technical direction as needed required to replace ten (10) cooling tower gearbox and fan hub components for the Unit 2 Cooling Tower at Sheldon Station, located near Hallam, Nebraska.

Information to join the non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting can be found under the "Documents" tab.
A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on August 10, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., CDT, for the purpose of reviewing the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. Coinciding with this meeting will be an in-person broadcast at Sheldon Station located at 4500 West Pella Road, Hallam, Nebraska for any bidder who desires a site visit to review the site and work areas. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the pre-bid meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting. If you plan to participate, email Mike Spires at mtspire@nppd.com and Lynn Guilliatt at l1guill@nppd.com with the names of those representatives planning to participate in this pre-bid and the company they represent. Please allow thirty (30) minutes for security inspections prior to entering the SS site. When performing a site walkdown, hard hats, safety glass, and safety shoes are required. Hard hats and safety glass are available on site.
If Bidders are unable to attend the site visit on August 10, 2023, Sheldon Station will have another site visit opportunity on August 16, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., CDT. If you plan to attend the site visit on August 16, 2023, please email Mike Spires at mtspire@nppd.com and Lynn Guilliatt at l1guill@nppd.com with the names of the representatives and the company they represent.
