Pre-bid meeting location:  4102 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska.  Attendees to meet in the main lobby of the Douglas County Health Center.  All Bidders and sub-bidders are strongly encouraged to be present. There is no other time scheduled to allow bidder access to these areas. A mask will be required for use during the conference and walkthrough.
