Douglas County and the City of Omaha strongly encourage all bidders to submit their bids electronically.  Paper copy bid submittals will be accepted until Wednesday, June 28, 2023.  After this date, paper copy bid submittals will not be accepted and will be considered non-compliant with specifications resulting in bid rejection.  Paper copy bid submittals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope marked with the bid title to City Clerk, 1819 Farnam Street LC-1, Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, Omaha, NE 68183 by the closing date and time indicated.
