1. To clarify – would GC be moving and re-installing or would you handle that in-house?

1. Is 5% bond required of subs or is that a GC requirement?

2. Do subs have to be registered at the City of Lincoln/Lancaster Co Purchasing dept or is that a GC requirement.

3. Can I get more info on the re-install of the gun cabinet? What is the material, is it bolted to the floor? Any other special requirements.


Answer
1. The 5% bid bond is required from the GC.


2. Subs do not have to be registered with the City of Lincoln/Lancaster County purchasing site. The GC needs to list the Subs in their bid document prior to submitting their bid.


3. Three steel gun cabinets will be moved and reinstalled/secured at various locations within the facility. Vendor will be responsible for anchoring those cabinets at their final locations in coordination with the customer.
