Lancaster County is requesting proposals from qualified Architectural firms for professional design services to remodel a portion of a building owned by the City of Lincoln for the purpose of operating the Civil Protective Custody Center. The newly constructed Center will be designed to provide services to intoxicated persons at the discretion of Lincoln-area law enforcement.
