This project consists of the renovation of an existing building for an institutional detainment center. Work of the project involves all construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, including but not limited to the following: Exterior work - removal and replacement of exterior windows and removal of masonry and infill with fiber cement board as noted on the plans, addition of three new entries and site work involving access. Interior work - construction of walls, floors, interior finishes, structural systems, mechanical systems, and electrical systems.
