The City of Lincoln, Lincoln Water Resource Recovery System (LWRRS) is soliciting bids for the removal and application of sludge from a disposal lagoon at the Northeast Water Resource Recovery Facility.


A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the Northeast WRRF 7000 N. 70th St Lincoln, NE in the Administration Building. This is the only opportunity to view the site.
