The City of Fremont, Nebraska is seeking qualified consulting firms to respond to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the City’s 2024 Bi-Annual Bridge Inspections.

All respondents to the RFP must ensure that the submittal is received by the date and time specified therein. Proposals will be accepted at the City of Fremont, Department of Publics Works, 400 East Military Avenue, 2nd Floor, Fremont, NE 68025 until 12:00 p.m., December 12, 2023.

This Request for Proposal does not commit the City of Fremont to award a contract to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal for this request, or to procure or contract for services. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request, to negotiate with any qualified firm or to modify or cancel in part or in its entirety the Request for Proposal, if it is in the best interest of the City.
