Request for Letters of Interest for Papillion Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility Secondary Improvements Project

The City of Omaha (City) is seeking Letters of Interest (LOI) from interested and qualified firms in providing comprehensive Construction Management At-Risk (CMAR) services for improvements at the Papillion Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility (PCWRRF) in Bellevue, Nebraska. The City seeks interested firms employing highly qualified personnel with extensive experience and expertise in delivering work of the nature described herein and providing full-service CMAR preconstruction and construction phase services. Mandatory Pre-Request Meetings will be held virtually on either Monday, November 13th or Friday, November 17th starting at 10:00 am. LOIs are due December 19, 2023.
