PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Nebraska State Purchasing Bureau is preparing a solicitation (RFP 6837 Z1 Part 2) for the purpose of selecting a qualified Bidder or Bidders to provide Tier 1 Source of Commodity Internet that is scalable, reliable, and affordable that will serve the entities of Network Nebraska. The Master Agreement Revision #5 applies to this RFP Part 2.

Written Questions regarding the project are due no later than January 4, 2024.

The Nebraska State Purchasing Bureau’s current solicitation, identified as 6837 Z1 Part 2, selecting a qualified Bidder(s) to provide Tier 1 Source of Commodity Internet that is scalable, reliable, and affordable that will serve the entities of Network Nebraska. 6837 Z1, the Master Agreement Terms and Conditions Revision #5 applies to this RFP. The terms should be reviewed, and the Master Agreement Revision #5 Acceptance Page must be signed and returned to Dianna Gilliland for access to upload RFP Part 2 proposal response. The full cost proposal spreadsheet will include multiple options for aggregation points.

Bidders can bid on both solicitations or only one of the two, providing pricing for all appendices or only selected appendices, as applicable.
