PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The State of Nebraska (State), Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) Number 118155 O3 for the purpose of selecting a qualified Contractor to provide a web-based information system(s) for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Patient Care Reporting (PCR) System and/or Trauma Registry to be hosted, serviced, and supported by the contractor at a competitive and reasonable cost.  A more detailed description can be found in Section (V). The resulting contract may not be an exclusive contract as the State reserves the right to contract for the same or similar services from other sources now or in the future.

Written Questions regarding the project are due no later than February 12, 2024
