The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor for a total renovation of the existing space to create a new press room for the university. Work will be as follows:

1. Demolition of existing locker rooms and indicated walls, ceiling, and floor.

2. Construction of new walls, floor, ceiling, and other general items.

3. Installation of new HVAC scheme.

4. Installation of new lighting scheme.

5. Installation of data and power outlets.
