The University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC), “Owner,” intends to procure design and construction services through a qualified integrated team, “the Project Team”. Services include, but are not limited to, space programming, design, construction administration services, and construction services for Project NExT Phase I, Project Health - Building The Healthiest Nebraska. The design phase is expected to begin in January 2024. This submission of qualifications is for a proposed design and construction management team utilizing integrated delivery methodology to deliver a new state-of-art academic acute care facility, “the Project”, located on the University of Nebraska Medical Center campus in Omaha, Nebraska. Please refer to the RFQ for additional information.
