The University of Nebraska Medical Center intends to procure professional engineering services provided by a qualified engineering team to assist in utility planning, defining the project requirements and scope, and executing design and construction phase administrative activities. The Executive Engineer will contract directly with the Owner and will not be responsible for record documents. The Owner intends to procure design and construction services through a qualified team, “the Project Team”. Services include, but are not limited to, space programming, design, construction administration services, and construction services for Project NExT Phase I, Project Health - Building The Healthiest Nebraska. The design phase is expected to begin in April 2024.
