The University of Nebraska request proposals from qualified suppliers for the procurement of HVAC equipment for the LB384 Deferred Maintenance improvements at NU Facilities office 1901 Y Street in Lincoln, NE. Chiller (CH-1), Dedicated Outside Air System (DOAS-1), and packaged Rooftop Unit (RTU-1) are being purchased by the University of Nebraska (Owner) for installation in a separate bid by a mechanical contractor. Bidders may bid on each individual item or as a package containing all items (not including installation).
