1. Replacement of exterior windows.
2. Remodel restrooms as shown on the drawings to meet accessibility requirements.
3. Replace doors as shown on the drawings to meet accessibility requirements.
4. New floor, wall and ceiling finishes as shown on the drawings.
5. HVAC upgrades.
6. Replace lighting in the display areas.
