The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor for the installation of infrastructure across the university of Nebraska Omaha Dodge street campus. The infrastructure will facilitate the installation of a new medium voltage switchgear building, pad mounted switches, and cabling, which will be part of Phase 2. Phase 1 includes the preparation of 5 switch locations spread across campus. Each location will include a new switch pad and new concrete encased duct banks routed to connect the switch pads to existing manholes. The project will include removal and replacement of existing pavement and landscaping as well as new retaining walls as indicated. Duct bank routing will require potholing of existing utilities to determine exact routing.
