The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor for the upgrade of HVAC systems and supporting minor renovations at Great Plains Veterinary Education Center, 820 Road 313, Clay Center, NE. Air handling units will be replaced with new VAV hot water reheat systems. New Fan Coil Units will serve student resident spaces. New exhaust fans and dedicated outside air systems. An indoor emergency generator will be replaced with a new outside emergency generator.
