01/09/2024 - Additional information - I have received an answer for requests for pump house drawings and a geo-technical report. I have attached what the COR has provided me.
From the COR:
"We did not have any geo-technical survey or report conducted of the site. The work site is located in the sandhills, so sand is the predominate soil type. I have attached a single report from Web Soil Survey, but there are numerous reports that can be generated on the site. Also, the lat/long for the pumphouse is 41.901722, -100.306267 so that potential bidders are can generate reports at their discretion.
We also do not have as-built drawings for the existing pumphouse, we were not given any by the contractor that initially installed the building. It is a precast concrete structure that is approximately 11’ wide by 12’ long and 10’ tall with 4” thick walls and a 5” thick floor. "
01/09/2024 - AMENDMENT 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to change the site visit date from January 12th, 2024 at 1300 (MT) to January 19th at 1300 (MT) / 1400 (CT) due to concerns with weather conditions and COVID community levels. There are no other changes. The due date for offers is not extended.
