Description

This project is to conduct Class III identification survey of lands associated with the repairs for the R-562 Levee

system. After award of the contract, USACE will provide the contractor shapefiles that identify the survey

locations. Following completion of the inventory, the contractor will produce a report of the inventory as well

as History Nebraska site forms and geospatial data for all encountered sites, to include an evaluation and

recommendation of eligibility status for the R-562 levee according to the processes found in NRB 15. The

contract involves a base and twenty options. In accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW)
