This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12805B24Q0027 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-08. The associated NAICS Code is 111150 and the Small Business Size Standard is $2.5M. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area, requires 50,000 bushels of Grade 2 Corn by 1/15/2024. The Government intends to award a single firm fixed price purchase orders. The requirements are further detailed in the attached Requirements Document. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE.

This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for bid/proposal preparation costs.
