INFORMATION: This Sources Sought Notice is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential small business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition. The information provided in response to this notice will assist the Government in determining the extent of the small business and socio-economic market. The primary type of service being requested is advertising capabilities in four advertising spaces: Facebook, Instagram, Google, and You Tube. Any contractor able to meet the service requirements must have been granted a ghost URL by Fors March Group to ensure there are no META blackouts, lapse in 24 hour coverage or the ability to forward lead contact information after submission to the page.

The Period of Performance will be October 15, 2023, through July 15, 2024 with two options years: July 16, 2024 through June 30, 2025 and July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.

The Nebraska Army National Guard (NEARNG) will supply all digital artwork and the target demographics for each platform. The artwork supplied will be digital static pages and approved 15 second videos. The contractor will provide the creative strategy for approval on each platform, report weekly on deliverable, and will participate in a monthly call and recap report. Any resulting solicitation will be issued under the North American Classification System (NAICS) code 541840 with a size standard of $16.5 million. All contractor deliverables will be outlined in the Performance Work Statement and included with any resulting solicitation from this RFI.
