This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) to provide service for laboratory analysis to support water quality monitoring, To procure laboratory analysis services to support water quality monitoring in compliance with Engineer Regulation – ER 1110-2-8154, “Water Quality Management”, water control manuals, specific project authorizations, and other associated legislation.
Work consists of laboratory analysis of water and sediment samples collected by the Omaha District or the District’s cooperators. Potential collected samples include: 1) ambient surface water samples from District reservoirs, rivers, and streams; 2) runoff surface water samples from inflows to District reservoirs, 3) sediment and prepared elutriate testing samples collected at District projects and proposed project sites, 4) samples to assess water quality impacts and compliance with conditional State 401 certifications at constructed project sites, and 5) special water quality studies. Collected samples will be analyzed by the selected laboratory for various physical, chemical, biological, and bacteriological water quality and sediment parameters.
