This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a Request for Quote (RFQ) is being requested. Solicitation Number: 36C26324Q0178. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-06.
This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business (SB) entities. At the time of submission of offer and prior to award, the offeror shall be listed as Small Business in the System for Award Management (SAM) reflecting NAICS code 621910 Ambulance Services with a small business size standard of $22.5M. The PSC Code is V225 Transportation/Travel/Relocation Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Ambulance..
The VA anticipates the award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Base + 4 Option Year Contract for Ambulance Services to support the Omaha VA Medical Center. See Statement of Work (SOW) .
Solicitation Questions. All solicitation questions shall be submitted in writing via email to Jesse Sweesy at jesse.sweesy@va.gov. Questions must be received by 1/6/2024, 10:00 AM CST. Offer Due Date: Quotes are due to the Contracting Office by January 23,2024 at 10:00 AM CST Central Time. Quotes shall be emailed to jesse.sweesy@va.gov prior to the solicitation closing date and time. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure their quote is received in full by the Contracting Officer prior to the solicitation closing date and time. Due to email file size limitations, please do not wait until the last minute to email offers.
