Description

**this solicitation was amended on 02 June 2023 to provide public answers to any questions received by the original May 29 2023 deadline. See Amendment 0001 PDF document in the attachments for details. This amendment also extends the closing date to Monday, 19 June, 8 AM Central Daylight Time to provide additional time for interested vendors to revise proposals as needed**



*This is a small business set-aside. Interested Offerors must qualify as a small business under NAICS 621340 (Offices of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, and Audiologists) in order to be eligable for award.



This is a solicitation for Assistive Technology Professional certified Wheelchair Seating Services. Services will be provided on-site at VA facilities Omaha, Lincoln, and Grand Island in the state of Nebraska.



Contract will begin on 01 August 2023 and last for a period of five years. An estimated 288 hours of services will be needed per year. See B.2 Schedule and B.3 Performacne Work Statement in the solicitation for details.
