This solicitation is hereby amended to provide public answers to questions received on the solicitation. Please see page two and three of the Amendment for details. Additionally, the amendment revises several sections of the solicitation to correct typos- please see page 1, block 14 of the amendment for details.
Lastly, the solicitation is extended until Monday, 12 September 2022 at 9 AM Central Time to provide time for interested offerors to revise potential proposals as needed in response to the answers to questions issued by the amendment.
***This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) / Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) set aside. Offerors must be certified in the Vet Biz database under NAICS 621512 in order to be eligible for consideration***
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 23), St. Paul, Minnesota is soliciting proposals for Magnetic Imaging Resonance (MRI) and related services in the Lincoln, Nebraska, and Grand Island, Nebraska for eligible Veteran beneficiaries for VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System. Offerors must be able to perform all requirements in the performance work statement in Omaha, Nebraska starting on 01 October 2022.

Offeror must provide BOTH the services AND equipment to as required in the Performance Work Statement at B.3 of the solicitation.
Proposal prices must be fair and reasonable and in the best interest of the Government in order to be valid.
Successful SDVOSB / VOSB offeror MUST directly perform at least 50% of the requirement in accordance with 38 U.S.C 8127 (k) (2).
This solicitation is open until 9 AM Central Standard Time on Monday, September 12, 2022. Interested offerors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from the Contract Opportunities website (https://beta.sam.gov/search) and for submitting their proposal via email before the solicitation closes to Matthew Dale at Matthew.Dale3@va.gov. Please include the solicitation number (36C26322Q08780) in the subject line.
In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM), Offerors must be registered in SAM. Offerors must also register in the VIP database under the applicable NAICS (621512).
