Sources Sought Synopsis: Note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals; the 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for market research purposes only for the following product listed below:



Attached is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) regarding the services sought



Grease Trap and Septic Services



Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for more information.



Your response, if given shall include the following information:

Size of company, Capability Statement. Previous similar contracts/experience working with the government.



IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.



Only a warranted Contracting Officer is able to enter into, administer, modify, or terminate contracts on behalf of the government.





Description: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that cleaning grease traps, hydro-jetting and septic tanks is performed at Offutt Air Force Base in a manner that will include the removal of all sludge, solids, foreign objects, and liquid contents, in order to provide a clean, operable system. The contractor shall provide the necessary wash down hoses and scrapers. All wasted material must be disposed of outside the confines of Offutt AFB, in a contractor provided area that meets the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements for the types of materials being disposed. Transportation of material must be in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulation (49 CFR Part 173). All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions, and commercial practices. The contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks identified in this PWS in order meet the requirements of the contract and the Service Summary (SS).
