Description

Nebraska Public Power District intends to procure one (1) outdoor, mineral oil immersed, single tank, three-phase 60 Hz, 200/267/336 MVA ONAN/ONAF/ONAF 65°C, 230,000 Volt Grounded Wye / 132,790 Volt – 115,000 Volt Grounded Wye / 66,395 Volt - 13,800 Volt Delta Tertiary power transformer; with high voltage DETC and low voltage load tap changing (LTC) equipment, spare parts, and other accessories as required in SECTION B and all other requirements as specified in these Contract Documents, including performance bond. This shall be an auto-transformer with a tertiary winding delivered F.O.B. Columbus East Substation near Columbus, Nebraska on the foundation of the substation fully assembled, vacuum filled with mineral oil, fully dressed out, tested, and ready for service.

It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the RFB so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this meeting.
