A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft® Teams meeting for prospective Respondents will be held on February 20, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. CST. The purpose of the meeting will be to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the RFP specifications. It is the Respondent’s responsibility, while participating in the meeting to ask any questions necessary to submit a proposal that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Respondents participate in this meeting. If you plan to participate, information to join the meeting can be found on the ProcureWare website at www.nppd.com under Bids & Contracts.
