The CONTRACTOR shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, apparatus, equipment, accessories, conveyances, and round trip transportation necessary to repair and test the Combustion Turbine Generator Rotor (Rotor) at the CONTRACTOR’S facility and return the Rotor to the Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) Hallam Combustion Turbine Power Generation Facility, 4500 W. Pella Road, Hallam, Nebraska.
