Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 9:00 am at Bess Johnson Elkhorn Branch, 2100 Reading Plaza, Elkhorn, NE followed by a site inspection tour of the Millard Branch, W. Clarke Swanson Branch and Willa Cather Branch Library Facilities.
