The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor to complete the work as described in the project specifications. . This project consists of but is not limited to the removal of wall paneling, lighting and ceiling system including smoke heads. All cabling above ceiling is required to be supported per code. Alternate #1 if accepted, includes the removal and replacement of all flooring and wall base.
