6 March 23 Amendment: The period of performances have been pushed back to begin on 1 July 2023 for adequit turnover. In addition the clause "52.219-27 Notice of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside" has been removed from the solicitation.





22 Feb 23 Amendment: The due date for all Proposals has been postponed until 7 March 2023 at 1:00 PM CST.





22 Feb 23 Annoucment: Attached is the Questions and Answers Document. Included with this is 4 attachments that are referenced within the Questions and Answers Document.





7 February 23 Amendment: Attachment 2 - 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 has been updated to correct the "grounds Maintanance" verbage. We are sorry for any cofusion this may have caused.





7 February 2023 Amendment: There will be a Site Visit held on 15 February 2023 at 10:00 A.M.CST on Offutt AFB. Please email justin.smith.216@us.af.mil by 10 February 2023 at 1:00 P.M. CST if you are interested in attending. All questions wil be due to A1C Justin Smith at 10:00 A.M CST on the 17th of February. Please email them to Justin.smith.216@us.af.mil.





26 January 2023 Amendment:The original soliciation stated this requirement was 100% Small Business Set Aside, this has been amended to reflect the correct 8(a) Set Aside.
