GEOTECHNICAL LABORATORY TESTING SERVICES
On or about 12 April 2023, this office will issue Request for Proposal (RFP) for Geotechnical Laboratory Testing Services
The solicitation will close on or about 12 May 2023. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED.
Site Visit: No site visit with this solicitation.
Project Description: This solicitation is for an IDIQ contract to provide geotechnical laboratory testing commercial services for
the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Omaha District, Engineering Division, Geotechnical Engineering and Sciences Branch. The Contract Laboratory shall provide technically valid and legally defensible soil and rock data that will meet the requirements of Engineering Manual (EM) 1110-2-1906, Engineering and Design Laboratory Soils Testing (latest version dated 20 August 1986) as well as current specified American Standard Testing Method (ASTM) standards. All testing shall be performed by qualified personnel in a laboratory accredited with current USACE Materials Testing Center (MTC) validation through the Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC). This is a non-personal service.
Period of Performance: Five (5) year period of performance
